Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your order was delivered in the European Union, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, described in the "European Union 14-day right of withdrawal" section below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods that have been unsealed after delivery, for health protection and hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards under our voluntary 30-day policy. For orders delivered in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal described below still applies, including to sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without a justification. If the last day of this period falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. You may also cancel any item before it has shipped.

You can exercise this right in either of two ways:
1. Online: use the "Right of withdrawal" link in the footer of our store. Enter the email address used for your order, open the order, and select "Return items" or "Cancel items". You will receive an email acknowledging your request.
2. By email: write to contact@ikparis.com with your name, order number, and the items concerned. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Return shipping is free: once your request is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. Products sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery; as long as the seal is intact, you may return them under this right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For withdrawals of orders delivered in the European Union, we will refund you within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods or the day you provide proof of having shipped them, whichever comes first. This refund is made to your original payment method and includes the standard delivery cost paid on the original order (if you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of standard delivery). No restocking fee is charged.
