Order Preparation

Orders will be prepared and dispatched within a maximum of thirty (30) days, starting from the day after the order is placed and payment is successfully received.

Delivery Timeline

Products are delivered through trusted carriers such as La Poste and FedEx. Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 8 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may vary.

Institut Karité Paris cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, and exceeding the estimated delivery time does not entitle the Customer to compensation.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and will be clearly indicated during checkout.
